• Account information: name and email address from Google or Apple Sign-In.
• Usage data: documents you convert, voice and language preferences.
• Device information: platform, app version.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• To provide and improve the DocVoice service.
• To associate your converted audio files with your account.
• We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. DATA STORAGE

Your data is stored on servers hosted by Railway (PostgreSQL database) and processed by:

• Anthropic Claude API (text transformation)
• ElevenLabs API (text-to-speech)
• Google OAuth (authentication)

4. DATA RETENTION

Audio files and job records are kept until you delete them or close your account.

5. YOUR RIGHTS

You may access, correct, or delete your data at any time from within the app. To request full account deletion, contact us.

6. COOKIES & TRACKING

The app does not use cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

7. CHILDREN

DocVoice is not directed at children under 13.
